We will purchase this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in April 2025. We partnered with an investor for this deal.
This will be another BRRRR deal. We plan to perform the following value-add repairs: install new gutters and four new windows, demolish the garage, install railings and columns at the front, rebuild the deck at the back, install new faucet and light fixtures in the kitchen and a few other minor repairs. Then, we’ll rent and refinance the property (we already have a tenant ready to move-in).
